i got a ticket back in feb and my court date is tomarrow. so i called the court to see if i can extend it but the automated msg says there are no tickets in my name or my ticket number. does that mean its dismissed or lost?
this mean you should go to the court. The ticket is YOUR responsiblity. Even if the automated court says theres no ticket and there really is, its still your fault if anything were to happen. i had to learn the hard why. Just be safe and go to the court house and get something in writing to cover urself.
that sh*t happened to me last time and i had to waste my time and drove down to the police station myself to see whats up and then drove to court to do it in person. the system sucks
Yes Danny DO NOT let that go by and find out you have a bench warrant. I would hate to see you deported to mexico or something
. I would go to the court and find out in person otherwise you might be in for a suprise when and if you get stopped again.

Good luck tomorrow..... Hopefully after a night of prayer/crossing your fingers your ticket will magically disapear!

Long story short, backup arrived (On average Glendale PD usually dispatches 3 cruisers and a bird for a routine traffic stop
If you didn't receive a notice in the mail about your ticket, stating bail amount, summary of the infractions, etc. Then most likely the cop never turned it in.
GL dude.
