Why not just put on your stock cats for the test? Thats a pretty easy swap and is the only thing other than headers that will really effect your numbers..
Most places wont even look at your headers...and you cant see the spacers...pulley's dont effect smog and dont effect visual inspection either...
Since I didn't need them I sold them so now I'm catless...what's this numbers and dyno u speak of? Never heard of that, back at home all they do is check for a cel and rarely stick a pipe in the exhaust

In cali (depending on the county) mostlty all places require: scan OBD2 and also put your car on the dyno with a tail pipe sniffer (thats what i meant by "numbers")
The reason i say certain counties is that some counties dont even require smog tests, i want to say Placerville is one of them (or somewhere around there)....but its usually only places that are pretty isolated. Regardless the base is requiring that you do it so that doesnt matter...
