You're probably better off asking coworkers or friends that can lead you in the right direction. I'm not sure if this is the best place to make a request like this.

Yeah, you may want to edit that post and Rick, you should maybe un-quote him lol. Not sure how strict this forum is about requests like this.

What mods do you have??

Depending on the mods, there are some places that will look the other way as far as a visual is concerned AS LONG as you pass the dyno numbers that is...

Why not just put on your stock cats for the test? Thats a pretty easy swap and is the only thing other than headers that will really effect your numbers..

Most places wont even look at your headers...and you cant see the spacers...pulley's dont effect smog and dont effect visual inspection either...

In cali (depending on the county) mostlty all places require: scan OBD2 and also put your car on the dyno with a tail pipe sniffer (thats what i meant by "numbers")

The reason i say certain counties is that some counties dont even require smog tests, i want to say Placerville is one of them (or somewhere around there)....but its usually only places that are pretty isolated. Regardless the base is requiring that you do it so that doesnt matter...

Keep your car registered in Las Vegas, you are allowed to since you are in the military.
