Well damn, my cd player in my car crapped out today. It ate one of my cd's and won't give it back lol. It just makes a clicking sound and then switches over to the radio. Guess this means I have to stop procrastinating about putting my alpine unit in now. Chris and Scott's bad luck with car sterios has spread to me now lol.

 

I actually have my stock one still if you need a stock one.

 

Thanks Q, I appreciate it. I'll have to see if this alpine I have works. My gf's mom got it from a guy she works with amongst some other car audio stuff. I've already found that the JL sub he gave her was blown pretty bad so I'm not 100% that the head unit will work but I'm not too terribly worried about it.
How's your Acura treating you? You missing the z yet?

 

Gotta love stupid people. I unhooked the thermostat in my apartment today cuz my room mate, who hasn't paid his part of the electric bill in over two months, keeps turning the ac on when it's actually cooler outside then what we keep the temperature at in the house. He finally just texted me "why is the ac not working?". I now find myself trying to come up with a good smart *** remark to get my point across to him to open a fugging window instead of turning the ac on. Window = free air > ac = costing ME money

Evict his ***. My dog doesn't pay the electric bill so she doesn't complain unless her water bowl is empty.

I remember seeing someone recommend a person who did paintless dent removal around Dallas/Fort Worth awhile back. My girlfriend has a stupid friend who was drunk and tried to "barrel role" over the hood of her Saturn Sky and now there is an elbow-sized dent on the hood. I could probably fix it myself but I'm not going to waste my time (I'll get it fixed and give her the bill). Any recommendations?

 

No personal experience with these guys, but they are on one of my detailing forums so they should be good to consider. Maybe someone else here has used them?

I'd love to lol but his name is also on the lease and I can't afford to pay for this place by myself. As soon as I posted this I kinda felt like a douche cuz I'm sure some people are probably tired of seeing me complain about his lazy *** lol. I got into it with him today cuz his girlfriend or whatever the hell she is tool my parking spot last night and I had to park on the other side of the complex and walk in the rain to get into my apartment. He tried to tell me that I am a greedy person that only likes to take from other people and that I should just worry about myself from now on lol. I personally don't think I'm like that but maybe I'm wrong and I just can't see it cuz I've been consistently pissing a few people off over the last couple of months. I always try to be fair with people but I think I'm gonna take some time to actually think about it to see for myself if I actually am like that. If I am, it's not like I do things intentionally to upset people so I guess I wouldn't be a douche by choice lol.

 

I wouldn't say you're greedy Pat. More like monetarily conscious about something that is negatively impacting you. He seems to not care about how his actions are affecting others.
