Who was that guy that had the G35 sedan that had a supercharger in it ? Loud as hell also....I think he got divorced...Anyways he drove his Mazda 3 and did pretty well in it with crappy tires.

That was Kirk. I guess his ex wife didn't sell him the G back like he thought she ws gonna do. He also drove that Mazda once but it was a Mazdaspeed 3.

 

Well I think my autocross season is coming to an early end this year. That rattle that my car has been doing is my transmission. I just had the damn thing rebuilt and it has less than 20k miles on it but it's out of warranty. Eagle transmissions in rowlett has been nothing but a hassle to me with this transmission. They also screwed up a sensor on my trans and I took it back under warranty and they tried to charge me $100 for a $23 sensor. They've since gotten a new manager there but I don't really care. I'm gonna talk to the franchise owner to see if he will help me out since his oldest grandson is like a brother to me but I have a feeling I'm just gonna save some dough and buy a cd009 and put it in at jakes. Gonna take me a bit to save the money though. I'm so pissed. Seems like I can't catch a fuggin break...

yeah chris, Kirk had a mazdaspeed3, way better tuned suspension wise and also 100+ more lb tq and hp (boosted stock) Mine isnt. ..... much more friendly track car.. but i think i'll do it. I'm gonna see if i can get some $ to conjure up some sway and struts for the mazda, to make it an even better daily and to see what it's like to drive at Autox a couple times.

Those pivot ***** are known to break due to shitty metal grade Nissan use I know IPP sells heavy duty one for like $40

That's the only place that I know of that carries tougher pivot ball

 

I may have a spare - really it could have just popped out..no way to tell unless you take that tranny off..

 

I think concept z performance has them as well. That's who I got mine through when I did my clutch.
