I don't think JMS would produce this kit, since the kit is custom made to your car to make sure everything is clearing and noises will not be experienced with this custom Fabbed and fitted kit. Also yes Uprev has done amazing job by creating the software to tune these beasts, but the Hats come off for the boys at JMS RACING!!!!

The analogy I always think of is if you think about a guy shoveling coal into a steam locomotive; torque is simply concerned with how much coal he can manage in one scoop with his shovel. Horsepower is concerned how much coal he can manage in one scoop and the frequency of his shovel scoops.

I'd be iffy putting all my eggs in UpRev's basket with all the other quality stuff that went into the build. That was my main reason going with the Haltech over UpRev on my build, the proactive protections.

Seems kinda like running a UTEC on a DE when there are better options out there. Granted, the money saved is a ton and no doubt the UpRev tune is putting out power that a lot of street cars you'll run into will never come close to having a hope of pulling on haha.

Well this week the Z will be going on the dyno for tuning and planning to raise the boost to 20psi. I will definitely go over 800whp so everyone pray for my OEM plastic manifold, LOL I've seen the Motordyne manifold for VQ37 with stand 21psi and 820 WHP without exploding so I'm more than positive my OEM manifold that has been unmolested will take a little most that that.
👍🏼 lets hope for good numbers👍🏼

What are your predictions People?

I wouldn't be worried about 20psi on the stock manifold, 17psi spikes mine was perfectly fine. I don't think a few more psi will kill it haha. I thought there was a couple HR's in the 20+psi range around that I never heard of any issues with the stock manifold on. Good luck!

Off topic, I'm really impressed at how the 35HR responds to built TT. I was blown away with easy 6's on GT28's on my setup and now yours is easy 7's+ on GT30's. The 35HR should be renamed to 35HP since it seems to love to put out so much LOL.

I really want to turbo my HR, I wish we had kits being produced for us. Seems like the only option is to go custom.

Greddy recalled their kit, and with the whole GTM fiasco I'm not sure what to do. Stillen has a nice S/C kit but I'd much rather go with a turbo setup

JMS is in Texas, not far from me. I wonder how much just the turbo kit setup would run me
