Does anyone have a nismo suspension on running these specs(non-nismo body)?

18x9.5+15 18x10.5 +15. 245/40/18 and 275/40/18

I know it's a 20mm drop, I want to see how it actually looks and if I can tolerate it or not.

 

Just look at any car with stock height, the NISMO suspension is only a 10mm at most drop.

 

Maybe Sparco is on a Nismo setup. Looks close to the same height (but the 35 series tire maybe throwing me off).

Tires are 25.7 overall diameter. 245/40/18 will be around same overall diameter and 275/40/18 is around 26.7 so the back should look much better.

The only time the gap doesn't bug me. Gonna try cut springmounts next week.

What tire sizes and drop are you running in this pic?

 

I'm on Hotchkis springs, about 3/4" of a drop.

However I forgot I snapped a shot of a RPF1 set up on a stock Nismo a year or two back at Cali Speedway. I believe he had to run stock width wheel and tires 245-40-18 & 265-30-19 Toyo R888's for TTB. I think his name was Scot and he may be on these boards.

Rear is a 19, he had to stay in or under stock fitment ranges for the class of his car. Also the smaller rear tire help to "gear" the car a little better. But I know what you mean.

Yes sir! I didn't want to slam it to the ground, as you can see its a mild drop.
