Default Question about stock tire price's

Well me friend owns a body shop so i figured why not puches tires through him. He gets a 15% discount and its tax free through dearlerships. so i called a nissan dealer today. They quoted me $290 for one rear tire. Did the parts dep. skrew up or are these tires almost $300 a peace. If so can anyone recomend a better tire than the bridgestones for $300. Ohh i have an 07 enth.

What tire isn't better than the OE Bridgestones!

It's going to depend on your driving and location so look around a bit.

Depends what size tires you are shopping for. “Stock” means jack. Dollar for dollar I think you can do better than OEM tires.

EDIT: Before buying tires I would read the thread titled “Before buying tires” check these test results: https://my350z.com/forum/showthread....ighlight=tires

Thanks dave but I already read that and I'm thinking that the price's are a little dated. As for the meaning of :stock: it's means the stock tire size. LOL. But thanks for the help. Hey maybe someone can updated that thread so it's more current
