You don't want 18x8's at all. You should at a minimum go with 8.5 front/9.5 rear. More appropriate than that though would be 9.0 front/10.0 rear or even 9.5 front/10.5 rear. Offset for those would be anywhere from about +10 to +25 ish depending on the width.

You f*ked up. We all make mistakes. Fix the problem by selling those wheels. I don't agree with making stuff works that doesn't.

Since you bought them new you can't return them for the correct offsets?

What wheels are they anyways?

People typically run 25mm rears and 20mm front for stock 18x8 +30. You're going to need 30mm fronts and 35mm rears!

Sell the wheels. Take a loss since that money would have gone to spacers anyways

You should be able to return the wheels. A while back I bought two different wheels to see what I liked in person more. Ended up returning one and buying the other three without any issues

I could probably sell then easily, if I don't like them, at the local car meets to someone in a mazda6 or something without taking a hit in cash

i have work meisters s1's

19x9.5 +12 245/35
19x10.5 +10 275/35

i want the fronts to poke out more. just not sure if the bolts will protrude when i put a spacer on. was thinking to ad a 10 or 15 mm spacer.

also i would like to add a 10mm to the rear to get to 0 offset.

am i going to run into any problems. im low and not afraid to run some more camber. and yes my tires are beefy lol

This is mine with OEM wheels Tanabe gf210s and 25mm all around I also have like 14mm on each rear side added by a the dual caliper setup. I know for my Z I would rather have run 30mm up front. Just my 2 cents for folks spacing OEM wheels. I am running stance rear camber arms with lockouts and SPC toe bolts as well.

I have varrstoen es6 19x9.5 all around with i believe +22 offset and was wondering what kind of spacers should i run. I was thinking about 25mm in the rear and 20mm in the front but was worried about protrusion. Just wanted to get an input from you guys since you seem to be experienced with spacers and this is my first time using them.

Unhappy Which spacers should i get??!?!? help

I know there are other posts about this but i just want some help on what size spacers i should run on my Z. I have Varrstoens ES6 19x9.5 all around with +22 offset all around I believe. At first i was thinking about 25mm in front and 30mm rear but now I'm thinking about 20mm in front and 25mm in rear. i'm also running 245/40 tires in the front and 255/40 tires in the rear. i'm worried that the front will have protrusion and was wondering if i'd need to buy extended studs.

The rule I follow is a spacer 20 mm or higher will NEED extended studs.

Also since youll get extended studs youll need open end lug nuts.

So just put extended studs on all corners and save the future headaches youd get if you DIDNT put extended studs.

i read on one of the threads about spacers that you didn't need extended lug nuts unless you bought spacers 25mm or higher because the OEM Z studs are about 24mm so a 25mm spacer would cover them? this is so confusing. so you recommend extended studs all around ?
