I need m0ar low in the rear but I had plenty of clearance with 305's. I don't doubt I could stick 335's in there with the right wheels.

Of 305s and 315s. Trying something different is why I'm
Here and you're there.

The pair of 335s cost more than your wheels Amir

At least you don't have to worry about curbing your wheels!

Some suggested the 275's but the R888's run big. Hope this helps.

Thanks fellow service member.

Good to know the r888's run nice and meaty .

Yeah, the bulge isn't as obvious because of the stiffer and shorter sidewalls, I'm assuming.

No problem. Tires should be delivered today/tomorrow and still waiting on the wheels. Let us know what you do and post pics!

Setups looking nice!!! I've spent a few hours going through this thread. Alot of info and it hurts my head lol. But I got it down to this,Tire setup I'm wanting to run is the widest with a good amount of sidewall. Im looking at drag radials or all out "track" tires. I'm still generalizing cause i need to spec a good wheel setup around the tires and will go custom if needed. My fenders front and rear are rolled, pulled and banged out so I'm comfortable in getting aggressive. I'm
thinking 335 or 315 on rears and either 285/275 on fronts. I don't want to run alot of camber, neg 1 to 1.5 max. So far I gather 18x11 rear and 18x10.5 for fronts. So maybe 30 offset for rear and 15 for the front will do?

*found some drag radials in 315&335/40-18 as well. I'm leaning towards this setup for the rear.

Oh and I have a g35, suspension is fully adjustable but coilovers will be true style , if need to be ill run OEM for proper tire clearance.

Default OEM vs. WORK's vs. HRE's

So I went to http://www.rimsntires.com/specspro.jsp and played with their calculator. (I was bored at work.) Here is what I came up with to compare 18" Touring V1 wheels versus my current 19" WORK Meisters S1 3pc versus my ordered 19" HRE P43SC's.

Specs:
OEM Touring V1:
F & R 18x8.0 +30
F 225/45 R 245/45

WORK Meisters S1:
F 19x9.5 +24 (5mm spacer netting +19 offset) 255/35 (*For calculations I used a +19 offset.)
R 19x11 +34 285/35

HRE P43SC:
F 19x9.5 +20 265/30
R 19x11 +25 305/30

OEM vs WORK's (Front)
Suspension Clearance: +4mm closer
Fender Clearance: +26mm closer
Wheelwell Clearance: Same
@60mph Speedo Reads: 60.2mph (+0.3%)

OEM vs HRE's (Front)
Sus Clearance: +10mm closer (Acceptable)
Fender Clearance: +30mm closer
Wheelwell Clearance: 100% (Even more room)
@60mph Speed Reads: 58.5mph (-2.5%)

WORK's vs HRE's (Front)
Suspension Clearance: +6mm closer
Fender Clearance: +4mm closer
Wheelwell Clearance: 100% (Even more room)
@60mph Speedo Reads: 58.4mph (-2.7%)

OEM vs WORK's (Rear)
Suspension Clearance: +24mm closer
Fender Clearance: +16mm closer
Wheelwell Clearance: +3mm (Filling up wheelwell)
@60mph Speedo Reads: 60.5mph (+0.8%)

OEM vs HRE's (Rear)
Suspension Clearance: +25mm closer
Fender Clearance: +35mm closer
Wheelwell Clearance: 100% (Even more room)
@60mph Speedo Reads: 59.1mph (-1.5%)

WORK's vs HRE's
Suspension Clearance: Same
Fender Clearance: +19mm
Wheelwell Clearance: 100% (Even more room)
@60mph Speedo Reads: 58.6mph (-2.3%)

OEM 100% Stock:

WORKs w/ Hotchkis TVS kit:

Will post pics of the HRE's once I receive them.

Hope this info helps some people. I know this thread helped me a lot with my HRE order. Thanks guys!!!

Rob... That setup is badass. 11" rear Meisters are the jam.

Duck, I'd stay away from 335s. They're far and slow.

Thanks. Don't know if I'll sell my WORKs or keep them.

I'm not running 335's. I'll be running 305's.
