I'm running 275/30 up front with +7 offset no negative camber and I'm tucking half of the tire it only rubs when driving through beat up rodes or speedbumps..

305's up front here without rub. It's all in the offsets.

I like your idea of 285 front and 295 back...........however my wallet won't allow me

I did the swap (like you said and after a little of toyo research as well) and currently I have:

275/35/ Rear
275/30 Front
