Seems like everybody wants to race you when your in a Z
i get stairs in the z but never had anyone try to race me before ....
although when i drove around in my little ricer tiburon with exhaust and rims every truck with an exhaust, 90% of male mustang drivers, and 1 van... always wanted to play around at stop lights for some reason.
guess they thought they could beat a little 4cyl. but they are afriad of a Z is the only thing i can think of

I had a 911 turbo and later a ford ranger try to race me.
Just this last tuesday. I saw the "turbo" on the back of the porsche, and was wondering how bad of a driver it would take for him to lose?
The ranger dude was like 16 yrs old, dunno what he was thinking. I just let him pass btw.

Only had one person try to race me I believe and that was a mustang gt a month or so ago while I was driving home from school, he tried to gun it lol, not in to that **** on public roads with cars only 100 ft from us dumbass, but if it was a cobra mustang I would have loved to here that supercharger whine.

In the period of 2 weeks while i was home on R&R when i JUST bought the damn Z, every time i was driving i'd have someone rev at me or speed past me , slow down beside me, trying to get me to race them. it was annoying. I didnt want to risk getting a ticket when i only had 15 days to spend time in my new ride before i went back to iraq. I had a few guys at jiffylube standing outside while i was at a light giving me the hand signals to "Spin the tires" i looked back to the light and since i was turning left i dropped it and kicked it sideways, drifiting for a few seconds , straightened out, cherping the tires then headed on my way down the road laughing. It was a blast.
Ive only had a couple cobras rev at me... i dont know about around you, but people around me NOLA, young and old think the Z can run with a c6 vette. So thats prob why i dont get any "revs". But put me in my sentra, man-o-man. I LOVE the look on mustang owners and civic guys when i spool blowoff and purge. Then hold cash out the window.

Yesterday, while driving home, a Mustang was behind me. As I turn to my street, idiot Mustang driver revs up his engine. What a freakin' loser. They're a dime a dozen here in Texas and I just ignore them, it pisses them off even more.
i've had my z for less than a week and so far, i've had a 240sx race me. and a c5 Z06 pacing next to me on the freeway (@ night with limo tint on my car) so didnt think much of it because i thought he couldnt see inside, but when i stepped out you could cleary see the gauges on the a-pillar. so much for that
