I'm curious as to what people are using for steering wheels and harnesses... seems like every car out there is using a gforce harness. I've used them before and really enjoyed them, but am interested to see if anyone has any other suggestions... also, pull up or down on your harness, just curious.
Sparco steering wheels are nice but can't seem to swallow the $300 price tag... thoughts?

I've got corbeau seats and harnesses from last year.they were pull down type. OEM Steering wheel. I'm switching to a sparco seat this year so I may go with a different harness but it will be something FIA Cert'ed.

The cam lock on them could be smoother, but all in all its not too bad. The only reason I'll switch is if my sanctioning body is going accept SFI this year.

Armt350z, did you mount your seats? I bought the sparco side mounts thinking if make my life easier bit their to o sorry to thread into the stock bolt holes... I can either remove the frame from stock seat and mount the sparco to those or just weld something down to the chassis...

My Corbeau's are bottom mounts and fit on top of planted seat mounts with only 1 hole needing drilled. My Sparco has side mounts but like you said, won't bolt directly in. I'm going to see if they fit the planted mount at some point before I break out the angle grinder and the welder.

I think it will become more common as the price has gone way down, and will fall a bit more. It will last as long as there are good chassis left. Although, the drifter's will probably destroy half of them.
