Finished car weight for me, at least. Interested to see where the weight lands between general reduction and strengthening. Looks great.

My target is 1100 kg but what is on paper is one thing and in reality is another thing but I'm doing my best to achieve this target.

I could've done more with the roll cage but I don't want unnecessary weight but at the same time I don't want the car to be un safe....
It's a balance that I have to be careful

what are your plans for the intake? building a custom one? I've read many positive reviews of the kinetix 2.0 mounted on the motordyne MREV2 lower. in a stock DE the power shows up at high RPM where a track car would benefit. motordyne says you really need the Hi Rev engine with VECT to note the improvement. My engine has 80K so I'm on the lookout for an '06 Hi Rev. I want to build it and do a swap down the road.

Thank you for the support !

I'm trying to build this car as fast as possible because it has to be ready for the 2023 season but at the same time I want it to be done well and not take shortcuts.
Some things have been delayed but were not in my hands. I was not able to do anything about it....
Time right now is not my friend but I hope things go as planned from now on.
The chassy is ready but I have to wait for the Omologation pappers from FIA,hopefully it will not going to take long and at the end of the week I can go to Hungary to take the chassy home.

That cage and chassis shaving and stitching is a work of art. That could be one of the best looking chassis jobs I have seen in a Z. Seriously impressive.

Thank you !
When I pick up the car I will let him know. He is a very skillful man and also he understood what I wanted from this chassi .
Most of the chassis builders tell you to leave the car and let them do their job because they know what they have to do.... but not with him, he listened to me and I listened to him, during this period I talked with him on the phone hours )
Yes it took more time because some misfortune's but that's life some times, what is important is that it turned out great and how I wanted.

Today the rest of the body parts have arrived.
Since I have a time limit ,I had to make a compromise, because the kit that I want is not possible to order and I could not find someone to copy the Bodykit.
I had to forget about Carbon parts and went with fiberglass and a different kit......
I hope that a friend of mine can make some modifications to this one to my specifications.
Is not what I wanted but at the end of the day it has to be light and make the car wider.

Man, it makes me tired just looking at all of the work you're going to have to do on that... but yeah, I know it's fun also. I am more envious of your garage than your car lol 😂

Good call. You need a stable before you get the horse.
