Default Brake ducting

I didn't find anything specific to brake ducts in this section. Does anyone know of a decent brake duct setup or has anyone built their own? I'm curious to see pictures if available.

Search the Brake&Suspension or the Road/Autocross forums, there was a fairly significant thread a while back on how to make a brake duct setup for the Z.

I was looking for exaclty this yeaterday, and after reading a lot I cme to the conclsion that it is very easy to do. The hrd part id getting/making a braket so that the hose/duct points at the rotors.

They sell some kits where they just use zip tights.

Doesanyone have a suggesion for a braket?

With brake duct kits made of flexible hose, I would think that the accordian-shaped hose and all the bends would cause too much of a pressure drop for the system to be effective at normal track speeds.

Then again, the hose is a pretty wide diameter where a good percentage of the flow ok.

I did some sheetmetal work for a guy here that is making a front duct kit. I believe final molds are nearly done and he is putting it together right now. He has produced another fairly successful product for the Z, so I believe that it will be on the market soon. Maybe in the next two months or so.

There is a kit out there. Its put out by Ntech Engineering.
