Would you mind posting your dyno sheet, I would love to see your power cruve. 132mph trap is fast.

Here's the latest dyno chart. Boost pressure is being measured at the intercooler inlet, my AEM data logs were showing about 20-21 psi at the intake manifold. This was a mix of 50/50 mix of 93 octane and race gas.
I have the stock rear which I'm assuming is the 3.5:1 ratio. I was trapping in 4th. I was running 26/10.5/16 ET streets. You just need to bump your rev limiter up, the tires will grow in height by the end of the track.

DAMN! How are you able to keep hp from dropping off up to 7500rpm's? What lower/upper plenum/mods do you run for that? With 7500rpms to play with I see why you can stay in 4th with a 26" tire...

LUIE-your snails would LOVE a tune like that!

Thats sick you can keep power from falling after 7k. Very impressed!

Are these upgraded Greddy Turbos? Cuz they spool up like my GT30's, not like a regular greddy turbo?

My upper and lower intake manifolds are completely stock. Tuning can make all the difference, regardless of the engine/turbo package.

Stock Greddy 18g turbos. During that run the variable cam timing was disabled which impacts the lower rev range response and power. My car makes the same peak torque as it's peak HP figures with the cam timing control functioning correctly.

With race gas you can obviously run more timing to make more power and help the curve from falling, but I have NEVER seen a curve stay flat past 7000rpm's on these forums. Got to be more to it (the tuning)!

edit-any head work? What cams/valvetrain?

So you disabled variable cam timing, for what reason? Was it to get a more lenier power curve, or was it not working right?
You really have my attention! I have everyones dyno sheet and I have never seen power all the way up top like this before.

The heads are stock except for the cams I just installed (BC stg2) stock springs and retainers. Maybe it's because I have Dyno-Jet :-D joking...

Hey man, veryi mpressive power curve, Id love to see a datalog of A/F and timing...I'll look into the specs of those cams.

Alberto<----thinks of what he'd do with a curve or rev limit as high as that down the 1/4

You really have my attention! I have everyones dyno sheet and I have never seen power all the way up top like this before.

I have some O2 sensor trouble codes that come on. When they come on the factory ECU will disable the cam timing which default to full retard, hence the missing 50-60ftlbs of torque of the dyno graph I posted.

I have a Haltech Platinum sitting here (thanks Injected Performance) that I wanted to test out for this event but I just ran out of time. I am pretty excited about the unit. Complete cam timing control, which can yield some serious torque. I'll be testing the unit sometime this week.

Please keep us updated... I am looking into switching to the Haltech myself..

The AFR's are on plotted on the dyno graph. Ignition timing is dependent on too many variables (fuel burn rate, compression, air and water temps, etc.) to just directly compare.

the reason the graph is going so straight is because the boost level is climbing at the top of the rpms.

very nice trap though!!

Great times, guys.

Todd, glad to see you finally get ahead of me. Congrats on that. Due to certain unforseen circumstances, I don't think I'll be beating my (and your) time for a while. I'll be back though. Just watch out.
