Default need some more power?

just got z tuned and only made 330 whp
i just had motor rebuilt with wiseco and eagle rods 8.8 comp
so i raised boost (7lb pully to 9lb)on procharger
added rc 550 injectors, walboro 255, greddy ultimate
was expecting atleast 400 whp with new mods
should i be expecting more whp

just custom exhaust
had over 365whp 325 tq
with stock block and fuel with 7 lb

well you lowered your comp. ratio so that accounts for your lost HP. You did up your boost so something is still a little off. If you are still runng stock cats, thats the first thing I would change

The A/F looks very rich at aroud 5800rpm and takes a dump at 6000.. Smooth out this area and you should pick up Hp and maybe eleminate the hesitation.. Good luck

That lower comression really makes a difference. I would look at that A/F and push your boost up a bit further to make up for the loss of compression.

does anyone no if i should get a fuel return system or im i ok with just larger inj and intank fuel pump

A good rule of thumb is that all though it is not necessary (through the use of rising rate FPR's) a fuel return system is definitly a good idea for any form of forced induction.
