[QUOTE=F2CMaDMaXX;10001731]What kind of lead are we currently looking at?[/QUOTE

Well I sold out completely right before Christmas and didn't have a chance to get ahead of things with the birth of my daughter just the week before

I've got an order into my laser cutting suppliers now and I'm scheduled to receive parts around the 3rd week of January to build qty(20) more of the 350Z/G35 kits this month. Pedal kits should begin shipping again on or around Jan 21st to start filling all the pre-orders that have come in over the holidays.

As of today there is only 4 out of 20 left available. (16 pre-ordered & rising)

Anyone wanting to get one of these before mid-February should consider grabbing a pre-order kit as production will be somewhat limited for a little while.

Thanks!

No worries as I don't see the business closing anytime soon with the 350Z & 370Z sales increasing steadily and more new products are in the works to cover additional makes and models for 2013. Should be a really good year if things continue to grow and as they did in 2012

I picked up a cavalier for the winter and the engagement point is really short compared to the Z. After driving the cavalier for a few weeks, I took out the Z one last time. As I was parked in the garage in reverse, I started to let off the clutch, but the car didnt move. Thought I left the ebrake on, but nope, I needed to let off the clutch more The Z was the only car I had driven manual, so I didnt know any better

Is the current batch sold out? I am thinking about picking one up.

I bought my RJM bracket about a year and a half or two years ago when this product first came out and I finally had the chance to install it last weekend since I was doing my clutch/flywheel at the same time. Any who, In my opinion, the clutch pedal is a little too soft without the helper spring. I'm not saying it's a bad product, this product is amazing for those who want this; however it's just not for me. The quality of the product is great, and customer service is amazing as well. I think I've just gotten used to the stock feeling of my clutch pedal and I'll be switching back to the stock bracket.

KushZen sorry to hear that. Have you tried adjusting the AFP setting down some? Lowering the setting down from the 75% initial setup point will increase the pedal firmness again and reduce the engagement window again somewhat making it feel closer to stock firmness but still retain a wider engagement zone and lower friction point.

The stock helper spring actually makes the pedal softer and removing it makes the pedal firmer then stock. The softer pedal your feeling with the new brackets is 100% due to the increase in pedal leverage by way of the AFP setting. 0% AFP setting would actually be slightly firmer then oem stock as you have no additional leverage and no helper spring.

Just a few ideas for you if you wanted to try some adjustments before pulling it out.

CannMann21, No there are still a few up for grabs if you'd like to get one from this batch.

Yes, there's still one G35/350Z kit left available tonight for pre-order towards next weeks incoming batch.

I doubt it affects anyone but me though LOL.
So I am having this installed soon and just wondering at the few mentions of a lack of return spring with this design. I have many Haltech functions triggered through the clutch switch (including flat shifting and anti-lag launching). Is this something I need to be concerned about? Thanks.

rcdash, no there shouldn't be any issues once everything is installed and adjusted correctly. However in the unlikely event you do find a switch bounce issue like DJAMPS had (only on hard drag launches) then likely a little adjustment to the upper switch will cure it. If not then I can fab you the same spring setup DJAMPS has for testing. Also DJAMPS was running a 2-step launch module and not a full Haltech system so you may not experiance that issue at all.
