Default LED lighting for dash and gages

Hey Guys-

Was thinking of changing my dash lighting from the orange to blue. Talked to the man from blackcat.com and mentioned he only sold the faceplates. (which i also need) but does not offer the LED lighting in different colors that is also required for the job.. Anyone know where I can pick up those lights? He mentioned there are about 10-12 needed.. Let me know

talk to acree, the LED master.

first he converted his LED's to red (https://my350z.com/forum/exterior-and-interior/112613-finally-done-12-5-hours-later.html)

and then he went blue (https://my350z.com/forum/exterior-and-interior/166631-blue-led-interior-conversion-finished.html)

Is he still doing work with the dashes and other LED work, cuz last I heard he was putting that work on hold so he can focus on school.

You could always just use his threads as a DIY manual, that's what I did, and it turned out great. The couple of times I had questions, I sent him a PM and he responded with useful answers very quickly.

Acree is a very talented dude that's really cool and willing to help as well.

Blue will look absolutely sick on your DB, especially if you go with white LEDs for your needles. I'd say go for it! But it is a VERY serious and delicate swap, so don't attempt it unless you have significant LED/soldering experience. People ship gauges to Andrew (Acree) all the time (no need to drive to him). I suggest you do the same.

Free plug Andrew!
