Edit: No act, no internet bravado, I've had 3 handguns pointed at me, 1 rifle, and 2 shotguns. FWIW the shotgun is the scariest of them all IMO, you don't even have to be a good shot to hit someone with it. The first shotgun was held my my high school girlfriends mother when she busted us "making whopee" on the couch. If she were at the starting line looking as mad as she did that night I could clock the 1/4 mi. in 13 sec flat at 104 MPH........ on foot. I've found it's not the weapon that's scary, rather it's the psychotic woman wielding it that makes the white undies brown.

Anyway, I'm still waiting for my refund.... and yes this site should protect buyers from it's vendors... but then again they pay to sell here and we don't. It actually makes the site look bad that they don't get involved and help mediate...

The site should prtect Vendors from people like you, slandering them when there is no proof of anything wrong. This whole thread should be removed and you should be shown the door.

Lets see if Jim comes through for Manny, and for the OP... I had a similar issue with Jim and sent pics and videos to him the same day I recieved the hood... Took 3 months to get a partiall credit and that was due to support from this site... Now I a, sure your hood is defective (4 reported now), but if you want something done, show some proof and put the ball in Jims court... Then he would not be able to say anything but rather come up with a solution... good luck to you guys... You will need it

 

After all the slandering and everything else the OP has done, even with pictures I'd think twice before offering any compensation.
