Long story short, bought new lights for my 08 350z and when changing the Wiring Harness over, I have noticed that the Wiring Harness that is currently on the light is for a 6-Pin Headlight that has been butchered to fit a 03-05 Aftermarket Halo Light (dead LEDs and cracked housing hence the replacement). So no original connections and will not fit the new lights.
I have tried everywhere (including Nissan Parts was quoted $1579 as it comes with the comeplete engine wiring harness) and without spending $1500+ on a new set of OEM Headlights, I cant find anywhere that might offer the harness for sale. Does anyone have any idea where I can find them or if its possible to build a whole new harness from scratch and how I would go about getting the correct connection plugs?

Reason: New Issue
To answer your question, yes - you can make an adapter that will convert the 8-pin on your '08 to the '03-'05 6-pin connector on the headlight. Assuming that the 8-pin female connector on your Z is still intact, you will need to make an adapter that has an 8-pin male connector on one side and a 6-pin female connector on the other side.
CZP sells them, but you can probably find them elsewhere. About $20 in parts if you get it through them.
8-pin male:
6-pin female:
The two extra pins on the 8-pin connector are for the side marker and corresponding ground. You would just need to tie those two wires into the respective positive and negative parking light wires for everything to be functional.

Thanks for that I will need it if i have to build the whole thing again. Its not the 8-pin thats the problem its that the wiring harness itself has been cut, its a 6-pin light that they have spliced an 8-pin on so the male connection on the car is fine but when removing the harness to fit it into the new lights the plugs on the harness dont match (what should be the factory ones on the harness have been cut and spliced directly to the wires on the light rather than transferring the bulb and connections) and things like the turn signal plug will not fit into the new headlights.
Maybe post a picture or two. I'm thoroughly confused as to that the problem is...
Is there an 8-pin connector on your Z that you are trying to plug into a headlight that has a 6-pin connector?
Or, are you saying that you removed the actual wiring harness itself that is secured on the back of your old headlights and trying to swap that over to these new headlights?
Or, something else?
Either way, you can source all the different plugs for the parking lights, turn signal bulbs, etc. and just re-wire everything.

Its the secured wiring harness from the back of the Headlights.
Sorry about the delay, couldn't get to anything till the Weekend. I have attached a couple of photos, the first 3 are the wiring harness from the lights and the other 2 are from the new set of lights. As you can see most of the factory connections have been cut and replaced.
I'm in Australia and I have been through majority of our parts stores and can't find the exact plugs. Its a little tougher as I don't have the factory part numbers for the plugs either or physical reference.
Ewww, yeah, so if you're staying with the aftermarket lights, you're going to need to figure out the corresponding input wires that control the different functions and then hardwire them to that hacked up harness that came with the other lights. At least you'll know the outputs.

Yeah I figured as much. Do you know what gauge/amp wire i should be aiming for I have a spool of 12AWG (4mm) 15amp already, should that be fine?
