Power Enterprise radiator installed...
just got my Power Enterprise radiator installed last Friday. WOW. this piece is so nice!
Dual Row and manufactured by ARC japan. (basically the ARC labeled radiator...but significantly lower price).
i am still using stock fans and the Asuka vented hood.
the piece fit right in with Zero modifications to the fan shroud or my turbo pipes, however one pipe is slightly off a little bit, but the silicon hose coupler still fits well.
prior to this install, i was using OEM radiator with vented hood. i was seeing water temps under heavy load and high boost at around 210-215*F at the track i was seeing closer to 220... normal driving / cruising conditions (on freeway) yielded 190*F... which is about where i want to be.
i still need to drive around more under heavy load, but i've already noticed immediately the water temps being lower. at a stoplight, the water will go up a little, which i associate due to heat soak, but soon after moving again i see the temps drops significantly and become stable at around 188*F. even with quick bursts of boost >10psi, i still see the water temps stable at 190.. i need to do more prolonged boost driving to see how the water temps are affected..
it's been hot here in so cal so i might have more opportunities for some warm weather testing
