I have been talking to Kyle too about putting a motor together for me too.

I think I will just let him do the whole longblock for me though.
I got a extra longblock in my house just deciding when to get it done just don't want it sitting there until my engine goes.

Randy have you tried speaking with any of the Nissan dealers that are replacing motors for oil consumption.
Might get a longblock core for cheap that way.
Don't know if your motor is a rev-up but if it is it might be something that you might want to look into.

Looks like I'll be selling my services on 42st again.

Another Z owned victim.
Sorry to hear this Randy. Now tell us, what services do you sell on 42st?

Ya know, I was in NYC last weekend, and the guys doing the break dancing, card tricks, and street magic really seemed to be raking it in!

At this point I just got my turbos back today from Greddy after being re-conditioned. (Thanks Julian for the help on that one.)
I am still waiting for Kyle to finish assembling my motor and then it needs to be shipped from Texas to NYC...another few days. So by Mid Feb. I'll have my new motor.
Once its back, I plan to run NA for about 750 miles.
Once that is done, I change to Synthetic oil and install the Greddy TT kit along with the ProEFI (hopefully).

why are you going to run na for the first 750 miles? I think you'd be better off breaking it in with some boost if that's the way you're going to run it.

I thought you have to stay away from boost when breaking-in an engine... Not to mention how can you tune if the Engine is not broken in?? Isn't that Tuner go through #'s of WOT for a tune?

I intend to build the car NA for break in purposes. Once I achieve between 750-1000 miles, I will break the car down again and install the twins.
That is my plan. It is recommended by Greddy and my engine builder. That is good enough for me.

There will be no need for a start up tune as i will be running off of the stock ECU and stock injectors. Once I break the car down again after the 750 miles, I will be upgrading to the ProEFI and I will be getting a tune by my top secret resource, for me to know and you to find out...Muhahaha, Muhahaha...a couple more Muhaha's and I'm done. But thanks for asking.LOL...
