Total D's New Build: Time for Enyo to get a nice set of twins ;)

All that is left is wire the scavenge pump, wideband, fill fluids, look over everything for leaks. Then she will be ready for a tune!!!! Will be doing pump 93 and E85 for now, SP made 800rwhp on 21psi, so I think that will be enough for this build, while I wait for the new motor to be done. Took a bit longer than expected, but overall I am happy so far with the way everything came out.
Here a few pics of the car as we are getting it finished.
It's almost done, but stay tuned for future post

Yup, it's pretty rough.
Yea I agree. Definitely could have been a lot worse.
If I should buy another NA, I think I'll have to agree with you
No It wasn't a total lose fortunately. Just the engine bay, hood, passenger fender, and front bumper area got the fire. Nothing behind the firewall. I will have to replace everything that was rubber or plastic for sure. I started tearing it down this pass weekend, as I do not know the actual cause for the fire. Could be fuel line, oil line from scavenge setup, or a wire grounding out. I'll definitely keep you guys posted. I haven'y posted in here because it was just a lot to deal with with also moving and transferring schools.
Anyone want to donate parts lol or any leads on some wrecked 2003-05 6spd Z's.

Thanks man. It's all good though. I'll have her back on the road one day. Things happen, was very hard to keep a good attitude about it at first, but I'm good now. It's materialistic stuff that sometimes gets in the way of other things in life that are taken for granite.
The albino phoenix will rise from her ashes.

damn. hopefully insurance covered all those new parts from SP.
The SP/SFR kits are very difficult to install with hot parts right next to everything. i've got about $1000 in Aeroquip fire sleeve on everything. That silver wrap doesnt do sh-t.
Too bad they didnt total out the car. Prolly financially better in the end if they did.
I assume the prototype CJ intake manifold was a loss huh? Shame.....
good luck. Z's have so little resale, i cant imagine trying to rebuild one with an engine bay fire.

That's the plan with everything this time. Just wrap everything with those fire sleeves and whatever else needs to be protected.
Financially it would have hurt me more if they had totaled it. So, I 'm actually glad they did not. I wont be driving my car under liability anymore though, hard lesson to learn.
The Manifold actually looks okay. I'll get it all cleaned up and either re-polished or some sort of coating.
I appreciate it. I'll get her back going though.

Well here we go, let's try this again. This is how she is sitting now. I have the car at the paint shop and when it gets back, I can start putting the engine and everything back.
Hope to have more updates soon for you guys. A few little other upgrades are being done as well, since the motor is out of the car.
