Looks like I need to extend both of my upper O2 harnesses and I need to add some wire to the water temp sensor on the back of the motor thanks to the pathfinder mod (THING IS A PAIN IN THE ***)

Well the wire harness is installed, but my front 02 sensor harness are to short for my new exhaust so I had to extend my harnesses.

Only thing left to do is extend the two wires that go to my water temp sensor on the back of the motor by 1-2 inches.

wow you really had to extend them that far? looks good though. Really want to see what this thing does once its tuned. Hopefully you'll really get to test the limits of the procharger.

I didn't have to extended it that far, i could have gotten away with 6-8 inches but i just did a 15' to be safe that way i have room to keep it away from the headers.

Well check swapped out both of my cam sensors, checked for spark on all plugs, reseated all fuel injectors, pulled off intake plenum to look for leaks, checked out plugs and found one ground not connected. Still misses and pain in the *** to start.

4-6 coils switched? Common problem. Easy to get the plugs mixed up. And could be hard to start if the tune is off its getting to much fuel. Hold the throttle and crank it

Have to hold throttle wide open is the only way it will start, all my plugs and injectors are labeled so they are all good.

Besides the two grounds on the left front side and the one on the right above the exhaust and the one on the main harness right in the front is there any more grounds.

I had a broke wire right at a injrctor clip the other day and it had a dead miss. Use cipher to do cyl power test and turn them off one at a time till you figure out which is the problem. Then check connections on that cyl.

Haven't watched the video yet, but reading comments, hoping it didn't jump time a couple teeth. We had this problem with taywans engine. Pulled it all apart. Put back together and it's good now. His would start up no problem, just a bad miss.

Mine doesn't start up very easy, When I assembled it I ensured every thing way lined up and the chain tight via the tensioner. What would cause it to jump a tooth or two?

No, pics unfortunately. I just followed the FSM.

Basically I put #1 bank the dowels facing up and the #1 cylinder intake and exhaust cams facing each other at roughly a 45* angle. Then I put the chain on the sprockets with the timing marks aligned. Orginally the dowels on the sprockets didn't line up with the timing marks, so I then rotated both sprockets in my hand with chain still attached until they lined up with the dowels and bolted them down. For the #2 bank I put the dowels at the top and lucky me the timing marks aligned with the sprocket dowels. Once they was all lined up and torqued down I put on the main timing chain and lined up the timing marks. once the chain was installed and the top guide was installed I hooked up the chain tensioner and pulled on that guide until the chain was tight'ish ensureing all the marks were still aligned. I had to redo this step 3-4 times since it jumped a tooth on me a few times.

Sorry if that makes no sense but in a nut shell I did what ever the FSM told me to do.

Sounds right but hard to tell how to do it over text. I usually put the top guide on after I put the tensioner on though.

I may have put the top guide on last on the final timing fix.

Well the first time the timing was set by his friend who went by the book. All the dots/links line up perfect. Even rotated it by hand and it seemed good. After we tore it back apart it was off 2 teeth. Retimed it, then putting everything back it jumped again so quick. Had to redo it again. I didn't time it, so I don't really know what happened when it jumped. But it jumped really quick with out issue. I was there and witnessed it happen though.
