Procharged G35-20150418_205911_hdr.jpg

Silver ones are 2,6.

I also pulled off my timing covers to look at my cams compares to my other motor and they look identical. So im gonna do a compression test to see if i can find anything.

How'd your oil and oil filter look? Any particulate?

And did you get any codes/pull them? I'm not familiar with uprev, but I'd imagine it would be obvious if you had codes on osiris, no?

I haven't drained the oil, the car hasn't even been drove yet. It still have a horrid miss that im trying to figure out. I only did the compression test to see if I could narrow down my possibility's of failures. The car has only been started maybe 10-11 times and ran maybe a total of 4-5 minutes. But no I don't have a code of any sort.

Tomorrow im going to put 440s in with new plugs and different tune in to see if that makes any difference.

tried switching coils around? looks like 2 and 6 didnt even have a spark. I dont see any type of oil or water on them though, at least in that pic. also maybe you have the injector harness mixed up?

I've moved plugs around, I've moved coils around, I've swapped 2/6 harness connectors, 2/6 plugs have fuel on the them.

#6 injector wont reach #2 so I think its safe to say those are right.

well I mean completely reversed the banks on injector harness. if you have fuel on them but no oil/water then that's a good sign.

if you have extra plugs, try and pull the 2 and 6 coils(leave them connected) and put the extra plugs in them then crank/start it up ground the plug and see if they are producing any spark.

Make sure you are grounded and grab onto the SparkPlug tight with your bare hand.

Then you will know for sure if you have Spark.

must be a timing issue then if you have fuel and spark. I would check cams before pulling the whole thing out.

Pretty sure you'd hear some heinous noises if you had a cam off by any significant amount. But they might be off a degree or two... I think though you would get a p0340/5 code or something similar.... Not sure. Could be a sensor? Do you have good grounds?

So I reset the timing it looked like bank 1 exhaust was off a few teeth. I also pulled my plugs and 2/6 are still silver like they arn't firing. I will be putting it back together tomorrow and hoping for the best.
