That's right. My event will be coming up this Sunday at Laguna Seca. Gonna be a fun and sunny day with very minimal traffic! Dont miss out. Z Car Garage crews will be there!
Have a great time! Green Machine will be haunting y'all in spirit. . .
I'm also curious if you can use QStartz to figure out our conundrum about exiting T1 / entering T2. . . Just talking about a time trial line, not a racing line...
It has been awhile since last time I went to track. My next track day will be at Thunderhills Feb 8. Anybody wanna go together? I go through NCRC.
I'll be at Thunderhill on the 8th with NCRC. Are you in the bay area? If so I could go with you, but, I'm not in a Z... I just wander here sometimes to hear the experts, like that one guy with the green z. Nice to see you still have me in your signature scott.

Go to Seca w NCRC on 2/18. We are trying to make it, too.
Nice seeing you again John, nice meeting you David. Who was the blue Z on black wheels today that got rod knock? Anyone here?
Good seeing you too sina. Too bad you werent driving. Hope we can meetup again next time.
Here's some video from the day. I was risking it at the end trying run with only a third tank. I had to pit in a little early due to it and missed a chance catching the lotus. But it was a great day!
Just had my staggered R-S3's rotated and the fronts are cupping big time. I was running -2 camber in the front, which isn't TOO bad, so I'm hoping that's the only reason. Although, the rears are -1.5 and had no cupping. Will need a new set of fronts. Anything "better" than R-S3's for daily driving, very light track use, and can handle -2 camber for more than 12 months?

For warm weather - none in my experience. For cooler days, I'd opt for the Star Spec. What size fr/rr are you running?
What are you driving to the track these days? I thought I saw something about parting out or selling that green Z.
I have a licensure exam coming up around that time in April so I will be too busy studying on those dates. May will work for me though...
Quick catch up:
I bought a fully-prepped SCCA T2/T3 350Z (the #12 car), so I decided to sell Big Green. Then NASA announced SpecZ, so I transformed the SCCA car to race in it. Did a few races, then decided to build Big Green for the series and rent the #12. A NASA guy emailed me about buying the #12 to race in SpecZ, and off it went. So now I only have/race Big Green. I have some ads for parts FROM the Green Z that weren't SpecZ legal, so you may have seen that...
