MPG went up about 5 but it still surges in 2 of the exact same spots.. in 4th gear at exactly 41mph(right around 2500) and again at 51mph(right around 3) right when im at around -9hg

Im still waiting for MRC to call me back with a date to get it tuned..i might just try somewhere else.

It's not because of your AFR targets. You have to adjust the base fuel table. You should see your wideband read out of spec in conjunction with the hesitation. You could go to -9 at the rpms you specified, but you're tuning blind without the wideband...

Is the meth injection control ready yet? Which meth injection do you guys recommend? I dont want it to make power..but more as an added safety blanket.

Meth control will work as a simple on/off switch controlled by 3 AND/OR statements. For a safety blanket something simple like an AEM kit would work, but if you are wanting to maximize power I would suggest something a little more advanced like an Aquamist setup. I would advise going over the tune with the addition of meth, especially if you are injecting a large amount.

can you post up a diagram of the vacuum routing of the boost controler?

A diagram comes with the solenoid kit, but the quick rundown for typical external wastegate(s) such as Tial:
Port 1 = Boost pressure source (intake manifold or turbo)
Port 2 = Top port on wastegate(s)
Port 3 = Vent / Breather

The bottom/side port on the wastegate must have constant boost source (intake manifold or turbo)

* Always monitor boost when making changes to the wastegate or boost controller. With Haltech Platinum, use the over-boost limiter for added protection.

Isnt there two different ways to hook it up? One more high boost and one for low? Also, im hooking up the wideband and you said somethign about calibrating it...how exactly do I do that? I put the guage in the center console..it looks so nice.

Oh And that overboost feature works great by the way, I played around with the settings to see how it works, its kind of scary how it just shuts down the engine when your not expecting it haha.

Use the method I just posted. If you max out boost on that method (normally slightly more than double your wastegate spring), it's time for a spring upgrade.

Once you have hooked your wideband(s) up to Haltech, you need to connect to the ECU manager and change the data under Calibrations: O2 Sensor 1 and O2 Sensor 2. You need these calibrations to match the data supplied by Innovate for your wideband analog output. (LC-1 output 2 is set at 0v = 7.35AFR, 5v = 22.39AFR from the factory). Depending on where you grounded the wideband you may have to offset the voltage slightly to get the AFRs perfect.

Ok. How exactly do I find out the exact numbers?

What exact numbers?

To view the calibrated o2 sensors, use channels:
Calibrations - O2 Sensor 1
Calibrations - O2 Sensor 2

To view the raw voltage inputs use channels:
AV6
AV8

Ok the guage is reading way off. The ecu is reading the correct number but the actual guage itself is reading off into the 20s...anyone have any idea why?

The gauge read proper before? If so, what did you change?

You can use a multimeter to verify voltages if you need. Output 2 from Innovate (brown wire) feeds your gauge and Haltech o2 input 1 and 2.
