I have a set of 20mm H&R spacers on my rear hubs.
They are the ones with the extended studs installed and spacers slip on.
I cant get them off having tried a number of techniques, and penetrating oils.
There is nothing to grab on to but there are 10 holes.
5 for the studs to come through, and 5 more that are just there.
the 5 empty holes i am thinking of taping installing some bolts in them and using a puller to pull out.
Any simpler ideas?

There are probably a few other ways to go, but if you have bad rotors, I would take this as an opportunity to change the rotors--what I mean is....take off the dang caliper and BANG AWAY AT THE ROTOR WITH A HAMMER! (but make sure your parking brake is off and have the front wheels chocked)

strange that no one has reccomended the BFH.
(Not a normal one lol.. a BIG ONE. )

that kind of shock will budge more than you think lol.
BFH = BIG FKIN HAMMER.. usually soft edged plastic etc.
makes frustrating jobs like this one FUN. lol.

Hell yea use a rubber hammer it will come right off. I wouldn't use a screwdriver if you plan on reusing the spacer and rotor. Good luck and have fun!
i tried a chisel between the rotor and spacer, cant get that to work
i have a dead blow hammer that i have hit the face with, cant get that to work
I think the easiest will be to remove the rotor and clamp the spacer in a vice
then ill have something (the rotor) to really grab ahold of

If this is the case I would put it in the garage or something and wait.
Heres another idea, why don't you not bolt the spacer to the rotor but put the wheel on and bolt the spacer to the wheel then pull the wheel off? Wouldn't that work?
EDIT: Sorry I thought they were bolt-on spacers. I would try leaving it in a garage overnight or something or even put a blowdryer on it then try to pull it off, or even warm water.

Correct me if I am wrong but I believe my spacer is against the rotor, not the hub. The rotor sits on the hub, with the studs holding the rotor in place. Maybe I am wrong, these damn financials at work are killing me. Only a few more days until normal work hours for me again. Life of an accountant, sigh...
get a flathead sand it down to get a super thin shim and bang away with a hammer, work around to get it off. I just did it 2 weeks ago on another ride. You also need to be a MAN and not be like "ewww its too hard".
No the spacer is probably "hubcentric" which means its pretty much fitted onto the hub. Like I said, start banging away on the back of the rotor and get them both off. Rotors are cheap cheap anyways.
