Default 380RS pedal on Base? Clips?

Picked up a 380RS pedal. Seems it's supposed tk be easier to heel toe with this (not that it's that hard thw way car is now but for $30...hey, why not?). Was reading about install and guys are talking about having to get some sort of clips to install it on the base Model? Anybody have that part # or some install pointers? I didn't come accross much in my search.

It's really easy to install. Here's a link with some pics.

Here's an old thread where the pics are gone, but it's pretty detailed:

Lol. Trav, you beat me to it!

This is the part that makes me wonder about the clips. Does the rubber pedal on the base models not have the same clips as the OEM aluminum pedals? If no, then where do I source said clips?

So I guess there's a way to modify the clips the fit right. As long as it's possible I'm sure I'll be able to figure it out when I get down there and rig something up.

My pedal came with the clips. I don't remember where I ordered it from though.

On a side note, I was cleaning out the garage this last weekend and found my old stock aluminum pedal. If yours doesn't come with the clip, hit me up and I can check to see if I have a spare that you can have.

The part numbers for the clips that fit on the back of the pedal are:
18014-AB000
18014-AB001
