Well I for one must say that I don't have a problem with the 370 like others around here, I think it's a pretty sweet car. After reading several reviews, I'm itching to get my hands on one but will wait for the bugs to be worked out, if any...

Having purchased my HR just under 2 months ago, I don't regret my purchase... I knew what was coming. Besides for the price I paid, I would've been stupid not to...

 

i bought my hr in september of 08 and i have no regrets what so ever.....the only regret i have is not waiting for an enthusiast and thats about it.......the new z is nice but having the last production 350z makes me happy.....yea its faster but there will always be a faster car....

 

i bought an 08 350z, knowing and having seen pics of the 370z, which i didn't like. but also i saw a thread by forged that compared the rods of a vq35 to the rods of a vqhr and how it was a stronger engine to with stant turbos. so i bought my Z. i regreat the color.

Must be, I mean honestly, how could anyone possibly not like the new best car in the world, the 370z!!! Some of you really think the 370 shoots pixie dust out of its exhaust and that the car will change the world or something

At the end of the day it's a little faster, a little lighter, a lot nicer on the inside and a hell of a lot uglier on the outside... nothing more, nothing less.

 

U make it sound like im the only one that would do this With just a few mods, the HR would be just as fast as the 370. All show? The 370 is almost as fast as the 370 stock I have seen the 370 in person, and i must say it looks so much better compared to pics. There's just way too much going with the 370's design. Maybe once i see more on the road it'll look better to me.

BTW: Obviously im a DE owner, so my opinion is not biased at all. I just love the look of the Z33.

I accepted delivery to my 2008 SMB Enthusiast with 12 miles on it for 30K that included containerized shipping to Germany from Miami back in October. The 370Z is a better performer, but I just like the way the 350Z looks a little more. One day I do plan on purchasing a Z34 so I don't regret getting my HR.

I love the 370Z's interior. Can't say the same for the outside. No regrets here.

This is the reason I got my NISMO 350Z. Rare, it handles like the 370z, it looks better than the 370z does and it's just as fast.

 

+1. Though I did have a 2004 Z, I didn't trade it in just because the HR came out. I ended up getting an HR for a different reason. There's always gonna be something better and faster, just be happy with what you have.

 

This is the reason I got my 370Z. It handles like the NISMO 350Z, it looks better than the NISMO 350Z does (that's an opinion, I like the muscular look of the 370Z and hate the rear of the NISMO 350Z) and it is just as fast and far more comfortable and convenient.

As you can see, it's a 'to each, his own,' scenario. I think SOLO has made a wise choice in getting a NISMO 350Z. It's what he wants. He doesn't act like his car is the end all Z and I don't act like my 370Z is the end all Z. Each has characteristics that we each enjoy.

Now, I'm sorry to interrupt your measuring of who can **** farther in this thread. Carry on.

 

+1 on the Nismo thing...idk if id go with a Nismo over a 370z but it would be a freakin hard choice...i love both cars

 

i got mine in august 08 after seeing pictures of the 370. i like the 370 in all aspects except for its exterior. but at the same time i dont feel like i made a mistake because its the 1st year of the 370 and i've never bought a car in the first year of its production so if i were to get a 370 it would be in 2010 almost and i just didnt have the patience. but i really i dont regret it and everytime i get into my 350 i still have a huge smile on my face.

 

Those are also the same reasons why I bought a NISMO Z over a 370z, but
you atleast have to give credit where it's due, the 370z is faster than an HR Z, not by a huge margin, but it's faster.
