This is only the second thing I've ever built with fiberglass so I'm fairly new to it. Laying by hand is relatively simple and yield nice results that only require a little bit of touch up if done properly. Vacuum infusion looks amazing but twos a significant investment. After the hood I don't think I'll be gassing anytime soon.

If not, im sure we could come up with a cheap and effective method with a shop vac, garbage bag and some other parts.

I'll detail the vacuum infusion from a mold when I get to that point . I'm also going to try vacuum infusion around a formed part to see if it works. At a previous job all we did was vacuum infusion.
I've got a vacuum pump, I still have to make a resin pot. None of which is cheap unfortunately.

Swapped the flywheel yesterday, pilot bushing looked like its seen better days so pulled and swapped it. Input shaft bearing needs to be replaced I think... end play is ok but has a d event amount of side play. The FSM doesn't specify a value for side plsy, only end play... I'm guessing this means there should be no side play? Weird thing is its not notchy when you turn the shaft by hand like other bad bearings I've dealt with. Can anyone chime in on the side play?

Im almost certain the input shaft with it's wobbly run-out is normal. I noticed it 50k miles ago and then did another clutch ~30k miles after that and there was no change. It hasn't caused me any trouble at all. I assumed the shaft is on a spherical bearing.
It seems like other's have encountered this as well.
