it true while the engine is running is a cold weather , if tuned right , yes it will be stronger .
those SAE compensation bring the result to a standard ,, no matter what the weather/temp/altitude/ other variable.
which his standard was what was shown ...

you cant deny how the SAE standard is done.

right now my mod is a 370z with a MASSIVE weight redution mod !! AKA Flingstone !!

more seriouly look in there http://www.the3 7 0z.com/members-370z-gallery/53619-megan-journal.html

from the start at 256whp to 324whp

what is planned for summer 2013 is yet to be finalized but it should be a whole different engine and ECU

ViPec V88
VQ37HR ( long rod engine with HR head )
JWT C1x with an unconfirmed JWT Exhaust cam
Custom Piston
Custom baffled oil pan ( my own )
*possible dry sump from Daily*
I was told to check back with Nick about his chromoly oil pump gear
depending if the funds are there, if not
HR oil pump with rev limit to 8000rpm MAX !!

Im getting that drysump at the most early 2014
THose Cam setup that talked with JWT are good up to 8800rpm

everything built by myself and the possible help of someone (wiring job)

yeah im that guy who blew his VVEL head during a Time attack then blew the oil pump 200 km later on my way home. (6 hours drive )

I will never know how much more power there was left because i was in the middle of a big project that included dual 75mm TB and slightly bigger plenum.
I was 50% finish

anyway it will still be usefull on my future project , its not a complete lost
anyway VVEL suck soo much for racing

I've seen that with the guys that have been pushing it hard...I think two others have ruptured their heads?

Go 370Z!

If you do go the HR route should be very interesting.
