ok, i just installed my oil catch can on my HR. one question though..
the only place i could find to mount my catch can on my heat shield right on the other side of my driver side intake. because of this, i had to use nearly 7 feet of fuel line all together. my question is, can that much hose prove to be problematic? does the intake manifold demand air from the pcv valve sooner than my length of hose can provide?

Hmm, for some reason, that doesn't seem right. I just installed it on my HR as well. I will post some pics. I was able to use only the 2 feet of tubing. The PCV is actually located, not under the passenger throttle body, it is located on the Valve cover near the front of the engine. The Intake manifold connected to the PCV is on the back of the engine. I just test it out all day today, and it seems to be working great.
Next posting will be directions for the HR with pics.

Yeah, that clears things up. Did you bother pulling out the PCV tube? It was a pain, but I pulled it out after everything was looking like it was working. You shouldn't have a problem. I will post pics of my setup here in a sec.

DIY Oil Catch Can with (HR Version)
I finally got some good pics of my install of this on my HR. To start with, you can get all the exact same parts you use for the DE. 2 ft of hose is plenty.
Here is my setup. I went ahead and sealed it with some black silicon. I let it dry for 2 days before install.
HR Before Install
Remove the Engine Cover. It will look like this.
The PCV hose is circled in next pic. I circled it in two places. Where it is connected on the bottom right circle and you can see it continue on the left circle.
Close up of PCV hose connected to the PCV on the Valve cover.
Along the back of the engine, I marked the pcv hose. You can follow it to where it connects on the Intake Manifold.
This is where the PCV hose is connected to the Intake Manifold.
I found it was easier to disconnect this first. So I did.
Then it was a little of a pain to get to the metal hose clip but I got it disconnected.
Ok, for this next phase, I left the old PCV hose in there. Because it is a pain in the butt to pull out, I figure it would be a the same trying to put it back in. So I left it for now while I was testing my DIY catch can.
Here is what it looks like with the DIY connected. Remember he arrow should be pointing towards the intake manifold. Connecting to the PCV is easy. Since it's right up front.
Here is a pic of the hose connected to the Intake Manifold. I marked it here.
Looks like the oil catch can is doing what it is supposed to.
Here are pics of the final install. I cut about another 2 in. off of the front hose, and then got some velcro to hold the catch can in place. This way, I can undo the velcro to make it easier to access the container.
Close up of catch Can
That's it. I have more pics at higher quality here.

So far, I only have about 20 miles on it, but it seems to be working great. I know this will fill up faster with aggressive driving. So far, no errors or leaks. The HR seems to response the same. But at least I have some piece of mind. Also, very easy project. Just like the OP said, around $25.

Just got done with mine and I've got some install pics from a 2004.5 I'll post up shortly.
One question and I think I'm right but want to be sure - on my Husky can, the one with the #03 in the part number, it doesn't have an arrow but has "IN" and "OUT". I've got the "IN" side connected to the crankcase area and the "OUT" runs to the plenum. Seems logical... but wanted to ask anyway to be sure.
One problem - I've got the catch can mounted and hoses run but hear a hissing noise coming from that general area which indicates an air leak somewhere. I've sealed the bottom valve with silicon already. When I clamp the hose with my fingers after the catch can the noise goes away which would lead me to believe the air leak is after the catch can - if it was before it would be louder because the air would be forced out the same hole right?
EDIT: Did some more troubleshooting and it sounds like the hissing is coming from the can itself. I'm thinking maybe the silicon isn't sealed all the way and that's whats letting out the air. Should this thing be completely silent or should it sound like a balloon being filled (that hollow air sound)?

I'm actually going to plug the inlet from the PCV hose on the intake manifold and run maybe just a 1/4" hose over to my Vortech air filter. This way the PCV can remain operational even under boost, and the driver's side breather can just have a filter on it since it will always be sucking air in. Thanks to Quamen for the suggestion.
