The manifold isn't leaking Im sure. I seen the same psi with the stock plenum, kinetix, and this cosworth. All within a month, lol. I think it's my pulley slipping just that much. What could I use on the pulley to help it grip more?

Some people claim their coated pulley works better than an 8 rib. And I know it's not terribly expensive so...
But I want to get my kit in first, then figure out what I need to do with the intake pipe (maf tube looks janky), and get my intercooler fitted/get the t-bolt clamps. Then get the car running. Then I'll worry about the belt routing/pulleys before I get a proper tune.

Quick research shows those guys coat a lot of pulleys with success. Average price is about 100$ with quick turnaround. I'll be calling them soon to get my 2.87 pulley coated.

That's really unfortunate. I hope you're back up and running soon. It's understandable that they won't warranty the headers when using wrap. The wrap just traps in the heat instead of dissipating it. I asked DC Sports about wrap before I bought mine and they said the same thing. That's why I opted for the ceramic headers over the stainless steel with wrap. Good luck. Get that thing back together soon.

Well I had my friend weld it up for free, so I'm gonna put it back in this weekend and see what it does. Hopefully it holds till I can afford something different.
That happened to me. I had a second layer of steel welded around the area.
Make sure that the exhaust is well supported at the end of the test pipes.
IMO, it's from vibration and lack of support.

Another little update. Been messing around with the setup and started seeing 24-25psi again. Car was running strong then my teeth on the cog belt shredded. I think my belt might have Walked over to the edge of a cog just enough to shred. Been waiting a week now for my replacement belts. Gonna readjust it a little and hopefully I can still see 24psi+. Trying to get everything running smoothe before I go back to the dyno and tube this cosworth.

Yeah I run the poly carbon ones that Tim also uses.
Edit, yeah those are the ones I run and just ordered. Ordered last Monday. They normally ship pretty quick.
