Will be doing a test fit to ensure they clear the firewall...why would you make left and right headers so different??

I see that they have to clear certain things but is that reason enough to have one side completely different than the other?
Motor will be temp installed this weekend to ensure LTH will fit and clear firewall and steering.

Well headers fit its tight but they fit. Now have to get headers wraped and ensure they fit around tranny while its installed.

Well got one header wrapped. It took about 3-3 1/2 hours and ~46' of 2" wrap. Overall I don't think its that bad but I missed two spots and this is going to be the easy one to wrap.
You can see where I missed a my first spot, and its a big one.
Better shot
The other spot I missed but its a small one.
Tomorrow i'll go buy the spray and spray the **** out of it to make it seal even better.

I hate wrapping, you think it's going perfect then all of a sudden you run out or miss a spot..

Yea, i have a feeling the passenger side is going to be worse. I only had to go around two pipes on this one once, the other I will have to do it several times.

Safety wire pliers are awesome to use when wrapping headers, just for future reference.

Not a fan or safety wire pliers, I can wrap tighter w/ normal pliers and my hand.

I was told they was CJM but I'm not 100% sure. I think its a pieced together kit unfortunately.

Headers are wraped and installed, transmission is on, fuel rails, fuel injectors are on, and supercharger is on. We will see if she fits this weekend
