Just for reference, the 17.5 volt & 21 volt BaP's are all the same, the only difference is a plug that goes into the side of the BaP that increases the voltage from 17.5 to 21 volts. You could just order the 21 volt BaP for the same price and just unplug it to run 17.5 volts, and kick it up to 21 if you need to later.

Let me help you out before you add a bunch of stuff you don't need.

Something is not right with your calculations I think?

1. what are your WHP Goals?

2. Injector Size?

3. what fuel?

4. what intercooler?

5. Cog Pulley sizes

6. Serp Pulley Size

7. Stock Crank Pulley or?
Sorry to hi-jack your thread but I need a little input from Tim myself.

3. E85

Recieved some of the parts in the mail, waiting on a few more small pieces and then i can attack this project. The KB BAP directions are very detailed. 17.5v to the fuel pump will increase my fuel flow an additional 75% once activated by the supplied hobbs switch. If i go up to the 21v modification, i will supply almost 100% more fuel. Looking forward to the install.

Man this gets me excited, can you imagine the VQ35 platform with a 1000hp supercharged setup? Would be the first on this forum! Good luck Otaku.

The only way I could see that is if I decided to bump the jets to 250 shot, maybe for a one time dyno run. Even that's risky as all hell with my setup.

Yea Oldman, 0taku wanted to run his setup with you. Not sure what exactly he might be asking, maybe he can PM you privately on the matter if he still needs your advice!

It's mostly about whether or not my fuel is sufficient enough.

Soo, I've been eyeing a set of six authentic (not china made) Bosch 2200cc (210lb) injectors for sale lightly used off an MK3 Supra. Seeing if my bid falls thru for purchasing.

Drafted a wiring diagram for the project at hand soon. If anyone can put any input on this please let me know so I don't do more harm than good. Specifically thatv35guy if you can take a look if its similar to your setup. Much Thanks!

My sale went thru with the Bosch 210lb Injectors and i picked them up this morning in NC. They are a few millimeters shorter that the traditional sized ones im used to seeing for the Z. He had a 60mm adapter cap but i think it would be too long, gonna order the 48mm adapter caps with the 14mm O-rings and filter by the end of the week.

Thanks, gonna be doing some layout planning later on today, utilizing the lower passenger side cubby to mount the BAP and relay, while hiding the wiring underneath and running the other wires under the cabin carpet to the battery. All and all it should be a 3 hour install taking my sweet time.

Soo far I wired up the Hobbs switch to the BAP and Dedicated Battery wire with fuse to the battery from the Fuel Pump Relay. Nothing pretty but tried to get it as neat as possible without excess wiring

Another above shot of the Hobbs switch connected to the vaccum line. Below is a pic of the Kenne Bell BAP mounted in the cubby along with the relay laying on the side (Temporary spot until i mount it on the side of the cubby. Most of the wiring was cut to reduce cludder, and is stored underneath the cubby floor wrapped and ziptied. Last step is to cut the wire for the oem 12v source from the fusebox to the fuel basket/pump and attach one end to the relay and the other from the BAP.

Update on the project: This morning I secured the Painless Fuel Pump Relay to the side of the cubby using leftover metal scrap i had in the garage I saved for the longest. This way its not going to be moving around while the vehicle is driving.

Was kinda scared cutting the Black/Yellow wire leading from the harness to the pump, since this is close to the last steps to completing the install, and will be doing more research that later as a precausion. The FSM shows that that wire is the power wire to the pump, and i want to be 1000% sure and confident thats the wire to splice so i dont damage any wiring or components on the car's harness. I guess im just nevous, but thats better than being wreckless .
