Please help me I.D. this noise from the engine *video*
Hey everyone,
So after 5 years of being a member here, I finally got my Z! It's a 07 6mt Enthusiast edition. The car is great, and it has 60k miles. I just hear a squeaking noise at idle and it seems to be coming from the belt area towards the front of the engine. But I know how easy it is for sounds to bounce around. I took this video with my phone hoping the squeak would get picked up, but I can barely hear it. Hopefully one of you can.
If you can't hear it, I'll give you some more info about the noise. It's not a constant tapping noise, but rather has some sort of timing pattern to it, about the time it takes the belt to make a revolution. Please don't flame for me for not searching - that's all I've been doing for a day. In fact, I came across this guy's thread which has an even better video of a similar sound:

In the event that you can hear the squeak in my video, can you tell me if its belt related or an engine related noise ---> REALLY hoping it's not the latter. I hear HR engines are really reliable.
EDIT: The squeak doesn't go away once the car is warmed up also - it's always there
Referring to the 2nd video, even to me it sounds safe to say that it's coming from the belt. The only thing is that I checked if my belt was loose and it seems pretty snug with hardly any play. I also doubt it was ever replaced. During my searching I hear mixed views on using belt dressing because some say its hard to clean the pulleys later on.
So please give me your insight. Thanks in advance!

Hey guys, so here's an update:
Tried taking a better vid, but it couldn't pick up the noise. So I experimented and basically sprayed the belt with water and the noise went away. Then when it dried up it got louder and more constant. Definitely safe to say it's a belt issue then right?
The belt looks to be in really good shape too, from what I can see.
