Default OEM rims with aftermarket chrome question?

Found a set of OEM rims that were chromed by a company in SoCal on eBay.

Almost perfect ebay rating.

Question: Anyone have experience with how durable OEM rims that have been chromed are? Will the chrome hold up over time?

To all those horrified by me going chrome: What can I tell you! I was transported here from the 50s in Detroit. I admired all the black pimps with their chromed Caddies!

Penny pinching. chrome OEM, seriously?
Bad taste. Points to your clothing in your avatar.

No hard feelings but I wouldn't put chrome stockers on if you PAID me.

"Points to your clothing in your avatar."

What? It's a pair of Levi's and a 125 buck sport shirt.

Oh yeah, and $175 pair of custom Nikes with a burgundy logo to match the Brick.

And I ain't paying you! LOL!

I'd read this thread first before bidding:

^^
You were the last person I was expecting to even think about doing this.

I am right behind you for staying stock, I think it's the best. (except for a few necessary mods).

Its all Cazzie Z's fault. He was a regular on here when I joined in 02. He had a pic of his well polished Brick with chrome rims on here. I thought, "damn that looks good."

Ever since, I get this 50s chrome obsession ever so often. We'll see if I can resist my "pimp urge" once again. LOL!
