20s are big and heavy, have a rough ride, and degrade performance. they make those wheels in 19s

Personally, I would never go with 20's on a Z... as mentioned above, they're heavy and will impact ride quality.
To each their own.

My opinion on 20s, "not great"; but since you have them and want to use them.....
Try using the Tire Calculator here to determine theoretical clearances - theory only because every car and every suspension combination will vary so these measurements should be used only for estimation and to give you some basis for tire selection:
https://my350z.com/forum/tire_rim_calculator.php
Use stock sizes as the basis, e.g., 18x8F +30 or 18x8.5R +30.
Just for sake of argument (and fact), a 9" wheel (forget wheel diameter - 19", 20" - for a second) with an effective offset of about 20mm should fit no problem so long as you keep the tire width reasonable. To get to the 20mm effective offset, you'll need 15mm spacers (35mm existing offset of wheel MINUS 15mm spacer = 20mm eff. offset).
Here are your Tire Sizes suitable for Z33 on 20s:
225 45% 18 25.97 Stock Reference Size Front
245 45% 18 26.68 Stock Reference Size Rear
Given sizing above, your choices:
235 30% 20 25.55
245 30% 20 25.79 Front
255 30% 20 26.02 Front Optional
265 30% 20 26.26
275 30% 20 26.50 Rear
285 30% 20 26.73 Rear Optional
295 30% 20 26.97
Given that you are lowered, I'd err on the side of the smaller of the two sizes front OR rear. In 18s and 19s, the go-to is generally a 245/275 width stagger F-to-R; and so it should be for 20s because width is width, regardless of wheel DIAMETER.
Good luck.

if your car has stock rims leave them until you can get legit set of wheels and tires
if you car does not have stock rims, but your are un-happy with the non-oem wheels on you car and want something then buy a set of stock wheels off the FS section hear, craigslist , or ebay , and rock those until you can get a legit set

MicVelo took care of the tire part that you need. As far as spacers are concerned , grab some 20mm front spacers and 25mm spacers for the rear. Your homie sized bling blings are almost a FWD offset and width. Big spacers will save you till you scrap them and buy some nice wheels.

I want to keep my brembos ;( so best option is 20mm front 25mm rear? If i use these until i get a good set that wont need spacers. Ill make sure my tire size is correct.
Will i need to roll my fenders?
Also what would be the exact proper sizing + offset for these rims lets say i bought them straight from rohana so i know what to shop for.
I would want 19 or 20", maybe 19 if you all say 20 is so bad to roll with even when im just daily driving.
Mind you turns at 40-60mph and driving at 100mph is Preety regular for my Z. I hear dpacers handle drifting etc no problems but want to confirm that they won't cause issues
Also what do i do if my wheels dont have the back space for the oem bolts (non spacer ones)

Ok so from what ive gathered i will need a minimum 15mm spacer on back and front to bring me to normal offset specs.
I have the oem bokts. Can i somehow put a 15mm spacer with a wheel with no backspace. I have yet to find out as my wheels are at my other apartment and i cant find any pictures of it online

Front fenders are already rolled from factory and I wouldn't try any more as it hurts the lines.
Rear, you'll need a roll with spacers.
For 20s overall, I wouldn't be able to tell you because I have no experience with them except looking at others and saying man that's fugly!
You can get pretty cheap 18/19s that are good quality. Enkei, XXR, etc.
My experience with spacers: no care for them, because they are heavy and effect the rotational mass/weight. I had some 10mm spacers and they were decently heavy. But I dont think the new Z crowd cares about performance. It could ride and feel crappy as long as it looks "fire".
A good sizing (keep in mind I am not a hella flush guy) would be front 9.5 +20 to +25 and rear 10.5 +20 to +25
If you want to be more aggressive front 9.5 +15 to +25 and rear 10.5 +15 to +25
Those are the specs most stay within
For a 9" rim, my stock from Nismo Rays were 9 +30. Ideally for less rim sinkage it should have been +20 to +25
For a 9" all the way around I would do 10mm spacer front, 15mm spacer rear.

This is the problem in it's entirety I don't understand it.

I agree with this and am going to get ones off rohana without the need for spacers. Either way i should go for 19s yes?
I am going to try to slap these on anyways for now until i buy new 19s; im going to go with 15mm spacer front n back if theres gap behind rim n if not ima go 20 20 or 20 25 spacers wise.
The rims im going to try to buy i guess is 2 x 19 x 9.5 for front with 20mm offset and 19 x 11 backs with 20 offset too?
