I highly doubt your Z looks better, but if you want to go on mods spent I'm staring close to $20k after my FI tune here in a month or so. But it doesn't matter, I didn't buy the Nismo for straight wheel horsepower but I highly doubt any stock MS3 is beating a track tuned car in autocross or track. It's a heritage that some asshat mom car will never have.

Edit: Also the Nismo is a completely different beast in terms of handling performance than a standard Z. If you're bringing any type of argument that some slightly modified MS3 is going to out handle a NIsmo you're gonna get laughed out of this forum.

I've put a lot of work and pride into the car. It's no push over in the looks either.

Forget what they say man. Thats gorgeous! Is there a way i could put that Nismo body kit on my 04 350? or is there a similar front to that

You paper racers need to grow a pair and stop comparing numbers and dynos. Track vids or STFU and set yourself on fire.

So today I test drove this sexy 05 roadster with 32k on it. This baby was bone stock and wow what a difference. I fell in love with this car after two minutes of driving it. That other Z I drove I now know was complete garbage.

The car was a blast to drive and I really enjoyed the drop top. I might have to consider buying a roadster now

It’s the torque that first-time (350/370) Z drivers mostly notice.

Is that what made you a convert?

Yellow not my thing but it looks good. The DE is not a bad motor, I've never drive an HR but I like the Interior upgrade along with the hood. This Z looks like it had good previous owners/owner. I'd say buy it if th price is right, miles seem very good for an 03-06. Year? Model? AT/MT?

I've always loved the Z I had Z32 and now that I'm in a better place financially I want another Z. If converting from my MS3 to this was your question. I got rid of that car two years ago and while the torque is nice in the Z I'm not going to lie the feeling you get when that boost kicks is pretty damn awesome. FWD torque steer not so much lol!

I just mainly want a car for me and not something to take my kids in. I have a Honda Pilot for that LOL!

05 enthusiast, MT 32k miles. Price I feel is too high $19,900.

So I'll walk from this one but now I know how a real Z drives.

I have not been back to the dyno, but i am fully bolted minus meth and 85 now.
Dear God, seems we've got an influx of Speed3 owners just to talk shiz. Looks like someone ran and told his buddies he was getting flamed and needed backup.

And 270whp is nothing great. HR Zs are getting nothing bit an Osiris tune and hitting 270. The standard dynojet numbers for an HR Z with bolt-ons and tune are 300whp -310whp. Tell me how a 300whp car weighing 3250lbs is "slow."

Drag racing blows unless you're top fuel.

Doesn't anyone do track days that involve the brake pedal and steering wheel any more?

I'm sure I can. However CU isn't a fan of out of state non dealership purchases. If they weren't I would be on my way to Tampa to pick up this nice 03 touring model.

Ok give me a 350z running 8psi. I'm running 24 which is 8 over 16.

Sounds like you now do want to drive/own a good Z. I know you feel, I felt same the same way once a upon a time, and it never left. I also have a SUV for the family. I've had the 260Z, 280Z, and now the 350Z "Track Model" and in between a 911 Porsche. I will always have a Z. They are great to drive stock or modded.
