The first 30 pages were all drama.. lol Just make sure you have all the parts before you start the install, this is the same for every kit and STS is not the only one that ship missing parts, chit happen but STS is known to ship missing bolt/clamp..etc I'm not sure what defect you were talking about though..

But then i read the last pages and i hear great comments ..so has all the lil details been fixed as far as theie missing parts and defects or do they still have the same issues?

Goosegoose went through a few and the BB was his favorite (not sure if it is the same size) coz it spooled better and hold boost too. You can also check the Shop Build with his T66 or T67 on a built motor.

Edit:
Here, the post. https://my350z.com/forum/6560946-post1557.html
Ok did a little driving and I only get the flutter sound below 3700rpm. If I let go of the gas above 3700rpm then I get a nice clean BOV sound even at just 2psi (Not as loud as 5+psi though). I never really payed attention to it since it doesn't sound real bad and happen in very low boost and low load.
Edit:
Got bored so I tried see how efficient our turbo.. I used the formula from Corky Bell's book (Maximum Boost) and verified my numbers from http://www.squirrelpf.com/turbocalc/ turbo calculator.
First let us do some basic calculation. I have the entire lbs/min from 1-15psi but I'm just going to post the result for 10psi. I used 10psi coz I'm assuming we are loosing 2psi from all the pipings (could be more though..)
VQ35DE 3.5 liter
Look at the Compressor Map of the 60 trim and it's efficiency at 10psi. You guys can see we are well past its efficiency rate.
Here is a compressor map of a 60-1. You can see that it is within the efficiency range.

Goosegoose,
I believe you are running the 60-1 right? Can you give us some input on the spool performance compare to your old 60 O trim?
Here's your map at 17psi (probably 15psi on the manifold). You should see big difference compare to your old one. I think the turbo is good up to 17-18psi from the manifold.

Goosegoose is using the 60-1 trim and I hope he can chime in if the spool was better or worst. I know with the 60 O trim was just not enough and power die on the higher rpm even at just 14psi.

Hey guys. Wow, this thread is dead. I'm sure things will pick back up in the Spring as long as we are still employed
So I'm going to need to get different injectors this Spring before I start tuning my car again. I bought older DW (forget what style) 440cc's, but since they were rated differently they are actually 400's. I didn't find this out until I got them though.
I plan on staying under 400hp for sure, but I know that these won't be enough. Should I just go with RC 440's? I was thinking of getting some 550cc DW's to be on the safe side, but you can find used RC 440's for about half the price. Btw, I'm only running the Walbro w/o a return system, and the fuel pressure is around 51 psi at idle (dips a bit on the way to red line).

I'm in the same boat and have the older DW 440cc... I have been toying around the idea of just getting a stage 0 RFS or bigger injector. I dont have a FPR so dont know if my FP is stable but I'm thinking of getting an RFS and maybe just bump the FP a little just to give me enough fuel so I can lower my IDC. I'm also planning to stay below 400whp and I dont want to deal with a bigger injector and Utec.
My W/M does help me a little, I can still boost 8psi above 40F but with IDC around 90%-93% at 6800rpm. I'm leaning towards getting the RFS though..
