hey, I saw your car at GTM yesterday with the HKS Supercharger on it, the fitment and quality look really good. My white roadster with sitting in the front when you guys was walking out.

396 Rwhp and 350 torque @ 10 psi, keep in mind this car is an automatic car, so if you add the 10 % drivetrain loss for an auto this kit is doing over 450 RWHP on 10 psi .stock engine no cams with cats .

we have one more car that we are implementing meth inj with sc, and that will conclude our testing.

Marble was in our shop and he tested his car, I will let him share is impression .

haha! Yeah, I have an 06 G35 with a RevUp so I am following the development of the RevUp kit pretty closely. I'm pretty set with my Vortech for now but it's always nice to have an option. Is the RevUp HKS SC going to be CARB exempt??

 

No, the revup kit (350z) is not carb exempt as of yet--and is special order from HKS Japan (6-8 weeks).

 

Mine's a RevUp as well, but there's a lot I like about this kit vs the Vortech, therefore the wait. I hope it'll be CARB legal.

Nope, never was able to track one down. Went with the Motordyne for now, if the Cosworth ever gets in I will just hold onto it until Sam does the bottom end this next winter.








Impressions:

Cant say to much since I only drove it a little bit with Sam but I am VERY impressed! At only 30% throttle it puts you in the seat pretty good LOL
The SC sounds amazing. Paddles shift great, very crisp with the tranny upgrade. Once it gets back and I make my drive to Seattle and Portland I will have some drive time to post a better review. I took my Dad down there with me whos 62, he used to build and race hot rods when he was younger. I had Sam take him for a spin, when they got back my Dad said this, "that car scared me, you are going to get into trouble driving that thing"
