FAQ: Official wheel "SPACER" thread!
Hey guys...
Sorry to be a pain in the ***... but i dont feel like reading this whole thread.
I'm wondering what size spacers i should get for my Z. I've got the 03 track package with the trrack wheels on and want a more aggressive look... stock height...
What size spacers do you recommend on my stock setup?
Will be lowering and getting some staggered wheels eventually... saving for my house down payment first though.

Would I be ok to run 25/30mm without having to change anything else? Will it throw out alignment etc?
I only plan on lowering about 1".
Is a 1" drop hard on the stock shocks? An will I need camber kits for 1"? And will 25/30mm rub with 1" drop?
I know I should be trying this stuff on my own, but a little information always helps.

Hello,
Okay I tried to read the entire thread but i could have missed it. So if i did i apologize if its been mentioned.
Is anyone running Work VS-XX?
I need to clear my stoptechs and I measured that I need at least 21mm to do so.
19 x 8.5 + 29 255/35
19 x 9.5 + 29 285/35
Does anyone know if i will rub if i buy 25mm spacers all around? I'm lowered on Tein S-Techs.
Thanks in advance...

im gonna do all the ,easurements tonight. but i figure if theres some know-how before i get home that would be nice.
*I did read the thread* ...jjust looking to see if anybodyt has any experience with my specifics..
Want rear spacers going hubcentric and all that, only question is the size.
I'm going to lower the car 1"
I am running stock '03 17s with 255/45/17 and they buldge a bit, obviously.
Have read around that 10-15mm would be max while other people claim 20-25mm would be totally fine...

I'm thinking of getting some 19' rims but I think the offset might be too high and from what I can understand the higher the offset the more it's tucked in, I was thinking of getting some spacer so my question is will that decrease the offset? Explain 19x8.0 /w offset of 42 using a spacer of 15mm-20mm would make it like a 19x8.0 /w offer of 22-27?
Here is mine
235/40/18 18x9 +30
255/35/19 19x10 +30
Running 20mm Front and 25mm Rear So now its sitting on +10 and +5
Front is drop about 1.8 and the rear is 1.1
No rubs after i got my fender rolled

FOr those about to order some kics and have GTS wheels, the OEM studs hit the wheel so the wheel doesn't sit flush on the spacer.
If you ran a 15mm, i dont see a problem.
Just giving people heads up, for what it's worth
