hmmm thats odd.... the only thing i have thats heat wrapped are the stock manifolds.
I'm having issues as well and its starting to **** me off. well i'm having a vibration noise and its very bothesome, I notice it more on 6th gear at around 50 to 60mph. Here is what has been changed recently since i was going to change them out anyways. I changed out all wheel bearing(timken). Just changed out the axles with new stock axles from autozone(duralast) and swapped out the entire diff and pumpkin from a another z with very low miles. The only thing i can think of is the propeller shaft, diff bushings, transmission bushing. I have rotated the propeller shaft like the fsm tells me too but still have vibrations but not sure if it propeller shaft i don't want to throw $700 away on a brand new shaft. I guess i will change bushings on diff and transmission and go from there huh.. this has been very annoying.

no luck yet but next month i'm dropping the transmission for the new clutch and flywheel install and i will inspect further into the issue checking the trans mount and have the driveshaft checked for balancing.

it's hard to tell what will be the effect but if it was my car then I'll just install it and do some logs before I decide if i need to re-tune... i forgot what ems do you have? if it was a standalone then it maybe able to do some minor adjustment if the change isnt that much.

well i didn't want to drop alot of cash for a cosworth or the kinetix ssv, but i did have the kinetix v+ but was hesitant to use when i saw it flexed when revving so i sold it. But i still wanted to get a bit more air in to the forward cylinders but not lose my oem strut bar. Was buying the z1 spacer a bad idea?

3.3 is great to stay in gear longer. 2nd gear i still breake loose and 3 and 4 actually stay planted to the ground pretty good after tire warm up. My z is a base so i don't have to worry about cruise control being a problem. But i think this is a great upgrade if you goin to hit 500 whp from what the other guys on the forum have said. You get to feel the power instead of eating up tire all the time

well i'm currently 407whp and 392 tq and i don't see a problem really it still spools like the same to me but i have not noticed a difference really tires still spin and in 2nd and 3rd sometime but 4th still feel pretty good. The guys on the forum recommend it with 500whp. I will find out how it feels next month i will be having the clutch and flywheel and bigger fuel pump and still need a 750 mile break in. So i will be posting up videos of dyno.
