Default Not driving an unbreak in engine for 3 months?

Hi guys and gals,

Recently I just got my 06 V2 engine, and currently Ive done 108 miles on the new engine.

My question is I will be out of the country from May until August, and plan on storing it. Do you guys think it is OK to let it sits for 3 months without starting it? Would it hurt the break in period or the engine?

Thanks for any help

It'll be fine, as long as the oil is fresh and you store it correctly you have nothing to worry about.

It will be fine, just like a new car fresh out of the factory...it can sit for months un-broken in.

Speaking of which, I doubt dealerships change the oil in any of their cars. They still have plenty of '08s sitting on the lots for who nows how many months now. Is that OK for it?

Yeah, it'll be fine. When you get back, flush out the oil. In the meantime, get your car on jacks lol.

Pretty sure that letting an engine NOT run will have no adverse affects.
